
How We Work
We provide SAFE and ON-TIME professional transportation in a clean luxury Black Chevy Suburban with premium smooth riding suspension, services all year round, 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Book in advance to ensure your ride during Holidays, Sporting Events, Concerts, and Special Occasions. You will receive an e-mail to confirm booking once payment has been approved. You will also be contacted by your driver shortly after booking has been confirmed. Your driver will contact you on the day of service when they are in route to pick you up.
CHARGES
Your QUOTED price is for the estimated duration and distance. The Final fees will be based on actual duration and distance at time of service.
NON-AIRPORT POINT TO POINT TRANSPORTATION
Wait time charges will apply 15 minutes after the requested pick-up time. You will be charged $25 every 15 minutes after the initial 15 minute free wait period has expired.
SURGE CHARGE
Regardless of the time for your ride we do not charge any additional fee.
HOURLY SEERVICE
The rate is $75 an hour including tax with a two hour minimum. Hourly service is billed at “Garage to Garage” rates. Our garage is locally owned and operated in Rocky River. Charges begin when the driver leaves the garage and ends when the driver returns to the garage. If you reserve Hourly Service for less time than you use it, beyond the two-hour minimum, you will be charged for the hour reserved. You also have the option to use your driver as long as needed at an hourly rate.
TAXES
We charge Ohio Sales Tax on all services.
POINT TO POINT TRANSPORTATION
There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for wait time should your flight be DELAYED. We will be tracking your flight and once your flight has landed, our driver will wait for 45 minutes at no additional charge. After 45 minutes we will charge $25 every 20 minutes for wait time until the driver pulls out of the airport.
TIPS
Are greatly appreciated but are not automatically added to the bill. We are always looking to improve our services and welcome feedback. That way we can continue to make your ride with us more enjoyable and one to remember.
VEHICLE DAMAGES
Should a passenger(s) cause any interior/exterior damage to the vehicle, you will be responsible for the damage and agree to compensate Reliable Executive Car Services.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit with a balance due upon arrival at destination. Balance is subject to change for additional stops, and time (included and not limited to late pickups) We understand that schedules can change on a last minute notice. We will be happy to reschedule your ride and you will be able to apply your deposit for your new reservation. There are no Cancellation Fees.
